“I called Rebel Star late December 2025 to renovate a rental property that I had for 13 years. Due to circumstances, the property had not been maintained so there was a lot of work to be done. The main bathroom had to be gutted completely and redone, including waterproofing. Carpet from 4 bedrooms had to be pulled out, and urine smell in concrete underneath from cats had to be cleaned and eliminated. There was damage to walls, skirting boards and exterior areas, as well as rubbish left in outdoor shed. Some light fittings were changed as well as a ceiling fan. All damage had to be fixed, and then the house was painted inside and out. All aspects were coordinated by Chris who kept me informed and made it so much easier than I thought. It looked like a different house when it was finished. Sold within days and $50k more than I expected. I am happy to recommend Rebel Star for any renovations.”
